Damaged, Lost or Missing Orders

All Domestic shipping is Priority Mail which includes shipping insurance. I will not be responsible for people who claim they did not get their packages or something happened to it. If you received something broken, the shipping insurance will pay for it and you will be sent a replacement. You must contact your local post office and show them the damaged item, along with your original package so they can begin an investigation.

Refund and Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products (custom blends, custom made and special preparations) there are no returns, exchanges or refunds, all sales are final.

Wrong shipping info, Failure To Receive or Pick Up

If you have provided an incorrect shipping address or are unavailable to receive your package and it ends up being held at the Post Office you must pick it up within 15 Days. If you fail to do so and the package comes back to Twilight Crossroads, you must pay the additional exact shipping & handling charges and signature delivery for it to be re-delivered to you. If you fail to do so within 30 days of our notice to you, you have relinquished all money and rights to ownership of the package.

International Orders

All Mexico and Canadian orders will ship Priority International Air (10 days). Feel free to contact me if you are looking for products/services for your country. I use Federal Express shipping to your country of origin–it includes tracking to your door and insurance!

Contact me to purchase your item, I will need your birthname/birthdate for empowerment purposes. If you need invoice from Paypal, I can get it to you.
